Privacy Policy
This website is operated by The Audience Business Trust Limited (registered in Scotland No. 214437, Scottish Charity No. SC 030956) having its registered office at:
30b Grindlay Street, Edinburgh EH3 9AX (‘The Audience Business’).
Please remember that throughout this Privacy Policy when we mention "we", "us", "our" etc., we mean The Audience Business. When we refer to "you" we mean the user and/or browser of the website clicket.co.uk.
What follows is an outline of our Privacy Policy on the information that is naturally compiled by our server when you come to clicket.co.uk. This policy has been put up so you can know that whatever personal information you give us will be used only by us.
The Audience Business is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as Data Controller (Reg. No. Z2242926). All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
We respect your privacy. Any information collected at this site is entirely confidential and will not be distributed, disclosed or traded with anyone.
It is our concern that you know that we treat any contact information you give us with the utmost care, and that it will not be used for anything that you have not consented to.
The only information we gather is either:
1. When purchasing a ticket via clicket.co.uk. The details we collect are your name, tickets purchased and value of the tickets.
2. When you sign up/register to clicket.co.uk; only the details you give us are collected. We will only send you information that you have requested.
UnSolicited emails
We will not send you e-mails unless you have first given your consent, by signing up to the website. You will receive a confirmation email with any purchase you process via clicket.co.uk, but we will never place you on any of our mailing lists after you have made an order, nor do we use the contact information collected in the ordering process, unless you opted in to join Clicket’s mailing list.
To enable you to receive automatic notification of updates to clicket.co.uk - for example if you are a subscriber and wish to receive newsletters - your 'personally identifying information' will be used by us to provide this service.
If you have joined any newsletter services we will only use this information to send you emails that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive.
While your 'personally identifying information' is protected as outlined above, we collect what is legally referred to as 'anonymous aggregated data' - in other words information that relates simply to you as a generic person and not an indivdual - for statistical purposes.
We do this because we like to know what parts of our site are visited often, those which are not, and which are the most popular. This information means that we can improve the site and concentrate on making sure that you enjoy it. It is also useful if we decide to solicit adverts online. Almost every website monitors its visitors in such a way, and we just want to make sure you know where you stand with us.
Additionally, what is called 'anonymous aggregated data' may sometimes provided to our advertisers for statistical purposes as described above.
A special note to Under 18s
Please ask your parents for permission before you send any information about yourself (your name, address, e-mail address, etc.) to us or anyone else over the Internet.
Parents and guardians
We encourage you to get involved with your children's online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating.
