In 1963, a small collection of art was established with the idea that Edinburgh schoolchildren could have direct access to original works of art within a school environment. The collection has been in storage for some years but has now been cleaned, re-mounted and re-framed and a selection from it is here put on public display for the first time. Featured artists include Elizabeth Blackadder, Barbara Rae and William Littlejohn.
